FAUSTO E. CALLAVA, Principal
Mr. Callava has over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services and Investment industry. From 1990 to 1999, he was a Budget Analyst for the Miami-Dade County 11th Judicial Circuit Court. From 2000-2009, he was in the private sector as a Financial Advisor for Mass Mutual Financial Group and Citigroup Investment Services. Mr. Callava co-founded Avenue 4, LLC in 2009 with his current business partner, Antonio Pardo.
Mr. Callava is a Graduate of Florida International University where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He holds a Real Estate Sales Associates license and is a member of the REALTOR Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches (RAMB). He is also a member of the Kiwanis of Little Havana.
ANTONIO P. PARDO, Principal
Mr. Pardo began his professional career in 1987 as an intern-architect joining the firm of Spillis Candela & Partners, the largest architectural firm in Miami at the time. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Architecture in 1990. His architectural experience included working for a few other prominent South Florida architectural firms where he managed projects for some of the largest development companies in the area including Florida East Coast Realty (Tibor Hollo) and Shoma Homes. In addition, Mr. Pardo was involved in projects completed by several municipalities, government entities and public institutions with a client list including City of Miami Beach, City of Hialeah, Miami-Dade College, FDOT and several others.
In 2002, Mr. Pardo formed his own real estate development and construction company eventually merging and co-founding Avenue 4, LLC in 2009 with his current business partner, Fausto Callava.
Together, Mr. Pardo and Mr. Callava have been very active acquiring and repositioning real estate assets throughout South Florida. Projects have included new single-family home and townhouse projects, land entitlement, covered land plays, repositioning of apartment buildings, shopping centers and office buildings as well as long term holds. Always looking for new opportunities and adapting to the always changing South Florida real estate market, the pair maintains a flexible approach to real estate investment.
DNB Design Group
DNB Design Group is a licensed architectural firm specializing in residential and commercial projects throughout Florida. The company provides design services as well as 3D imaging services to private developers. Our architecture is one of collaboration. We understand that in order to achieve the best possible design the project team must work together as one. DNB has teamed up with several well-respected architectural firms on the planning and design of several projects in South Florida. DNB is affiliated with DenCity Development and works closely in the design, conceptualization, and management of all their projects.
Francilis J. Domond, RA
Mr. Domond is a registered architect and a graduate of the University Of Miami School Of Architecture. He has over 15 years of experience in the South Florida market. His involvement encompasses the design of recreational facilities, mixed used facilities, parking garages and government complexes.
Roberto L. Barrero, RA
Mr. Barrero is a graduate of the University Of Miami School Of Architecture. He has over 15 years of experience in the South Florida market. His involvement encompasses the design of recreational facilities, mixed used facilities, parking garages and government complexes. Mr. Barrero also has a Master’s Degree in Construction Administration from Florida International University.
